The CPA is kicking off the first day of National Postdoc Appreciation Week with a mental health focused talk in collaboration with the Caltech Staff and Faculty Consultation Center (SFCC). Dr. Karla Hernandez will present evidence-based strategies and practical tools that can be integrated into your day for improved self-regulation and boosting your wellbeing.
